- Full refund for cancellations made 168 hours or 7 days before arrival. No refunds for any cancellations after this time. 7% bank charges applicable when cancelled in the applicable period.
- Availability and rates are subject to change with any amendments made to confirmed bookings.
- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of one night’s rate and a maximum of 100% of the total original room booking rate.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to cater to and/or accommodate pets at this time.
- Check-in is from 3pm onwards while check-out is expected by noon (12pm).
- For arrivals before 7am, reservations must be made from the previous night.
- Requests for early check-in can be made for arrivals between 7am and 2pm, and are subject to availability.
- Requests for late check-out can be made and are subject to availability and may incur additional cost. Check-outs after 6pm will be liable for a full day charge.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. GST is applicable as per Government of India regulations. Any increase in government levies will be extra.
- Non-resident Indians and foreigners must produce their passport and a valid visa at check-in.
- All Indian nationals must produce a valid photo ID at check-in.
- Children below 6 years stay complimentary while sharing existing bed with the parents.
- Children between 6-11 years are charged the applicable ‘extra child rate’ with extra bed.
- All extra beds placed are roll away beds only.
- All children above 12 years are considered adults. Extra adult rate is applicable.
- A Junior Suite can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults + 1 children below 6 years sharing beds with parents. One extra rollaway bed can be placed in the Junior Suites – extra bed charges are applicable.
