*In case if the bookings are canceled, there will be 7% bank charges that would be deducted while making payment back to the guest.

As per RBI guidelines, we can’t process the Online Payment refund request which is more than 180 days from the date of transaction, will not be refunded

Cancellation policy

• August 13, 2026 to August 16, 2026 & October 19, 2026 to October 24, 2026 & November 08, 2026 to November 15, 2026 & December 19, 2026 to January 17, 2027 will be NON-Cancelable and NON-Refundable.
• Cancel 168 hours or 7 days prior to arrival all monies would be refunded, Cancel after that full retentions.

 
Ammendment policy

• Availability and rates are subject to change with any amendments made on confirmed booking

 
Early Departure policy

• In case of early departure the hotel has the right to charge a minimum of one night and a maximum of 100% of the total original room booking

 
Pets Policy

• Pets are not allowed

 
Check in/ Checkout Policy

• The hotel Check-in time is from 3:00pm and check-out time is by 12:00 noon.
• For arrivals at the hotel prior to 7:00am, the reservation needs to be made from the previous night.
• For arrivals between 7:00am – 1:00pm, a request for early check-in can be made and will be subject to availability.
• Likewise for late check-outs, a request can be made to the hotel and will be subject availability. Please check with the Hotel’s Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to your departure on availability of late check-out. A full day room charge may be incurred for late check-out after 6:00pm
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Luxury tax applicable will be as per the Government of India regulations. Any increase in Government levies will be extra.
• It is compulsory for any Non-resident, Indian/Foreigner to produce their passport at the time of check-in.
• It is compulsory for any Indian national to carry a valid identity proof, including photo id and produce it at the time of check-in.

 
Child Policy

• A child between the age of 0 – 5 years is complimentary can share  existing beds with the parents ( no extra bed )
• A child between 5 – 11 years will be charged at the applicable extra child rate (no extra bed)

 
Extra adult policy

• A child above 12 years will be considered as an adult and extra adult charges will be applicable

 
Booking & Payment Policy – Breakfast Plan

• Advance Payment: At the time of booking under the Breakfast Plan, guests are required to pay 25% of the total stay amount as an advance to confirm the reservation.
• Balance Payment: The remaining 75% of the stay amount will be collected prior to arrival. A secure payment link will be sent 7 days before the check-in date, and guests are requested to complete the payment within the stipulated time to avoid any inconvenience.
• Non-Payment: In case the balance amount is not received within the specified timeframe, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking as per the cancellation policy.
